At Sadhana Voyages, we aim to provide fair and transparent services to all our travelers. Cancellation requests are accepted only when submitted in written form through email or official communication channels.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Full Refund (100%)
Applicable when the cancellation request is received more than 60 days before the scheduled tour commencement date.
Partial Refund (50%)
Applicable when the cancellation request is received between 30 to 60 days before the scheduled tour commencement date.
No Refund
Applicable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the tour start date.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved by Sadhana Voyages, the amount will generally be processed within 6–8 business days through the original payment method.
